Mexican Harvest Gold Loom Woven 100 Cotton Cushion Cover 'Sunny Tradition'

Rosalina Arias of Chiapas, Mexico, presents this handmade bi-colored cushion cover. Created using a backstrap loom, the fabric is 100% cotton. An intricate diamond-shaped design of pre-Hispanic influence in blue spruce is woven into the center of the solid harvest gold-colored cover; three similar but smaller figures adorn each of two blue spruce-colored stripes. The back of the cover features the same colors as the front but without the decorative figures. Once a cushion is inserted, the cushion cover closes by tying the three matching ties with tassels.
